A LETTER FROM ME:
Hi, I am Tanvi Gupta, your next door Nutritionist. I am a career-driven person, who wants to keep hustling in life and achieve more at every step. I grew up in a business family and i am popularly known as a “xerox” of my mom (my looks) , and the only thing that my dad gave me is my brain. LOL.
I started a side hustle back in 2014, when i was just in 11th grade (15-year old) (dad’s brain, you see). Ever since, I have always been motivated and hustling to do better in life and also to earn better and to be more. I started giving tuitions at a very young age, I also learnt various new soft skills in my growing years and now finally I am here.
I believe in being a “student of life” and so I keep learning and re-learning.
I just want GOODWILL and RESULTS, not TITLES. I hold an Internationally Accredited Diploma Certificate in Nutrition (accredited by IAOTH and CPD) and I have graduated from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and INFS and more than anything I have 3years+ experience.
Ever since I remember I have been intrigued to THE NUTRITION WORLD- what do we eat, why do we eat, what will happen if i will eat a particular food, et-cetera. And so when it came to decide about my career choices, I chose being a HEALTH COACH, Nutrition Consultant or Nutritionist (as commonly known).
With so much information on the web and from the “relative” who probably blames you for everything and gives “the free ka advice” to you every time you meet, it’s so confusing. It has become very hard to figure out what to eat, how to eat and when to eat.
Well, that’s when you need me, fellas! YOUR NEXT DOOR NUTRITIONIST. 🙂

Why am I doing what I am doing?
Ever since 8th grade, i have been on an “ON” and “OFF” diet cycle or yo-yo dieting. I have never been “fat” fat, but I have always been a chubby girl and a girl who was always a source of entertainment for other classmates, or bully’s. That was a time of “fad diets” and “food restrictions”. I used to skip meals, have just soups or salads in dinner, no focus on protein or fibre and then binge later in the night. I had a poor sleep cycle and used to so irritated and serious anger management issues!
Then came, 2019, the lowest point of my life, which made me gain around 15 kgs in 6 months. 🙁
However, in the middle of the 2020, I got motivated again and decided to end this “dieting cycle” for once and and for all. I started exercising everyday. I started to focus on my diet and also made it a priority and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I learnt to say no. No to food, things & people that didn’t serve me well. I did what i did, and then the time came for me to decide about my Career and you know what it was!
Well, honestly, I just want GOODWILL and RESULTS, not TITLES (as i said earlier). So i feel no proud in calling myself a “NUTRITIONIST” or a “NUTRITION CONSULTANT”. I rather feel extremely proud when a client gives me a positive feedback, or when a client shares a before-after picture or when a client feels happy in his/her body.
That’s it, that’s my story, Nothing Juicy though. But I hope it motivates you to do better and be better.
Now, Whether you have an existing transformation journey, or you you want to bring one to life, there is a way to create a positive lifestyle change without restricting yourself of your favourite foods. No longer are these areas mutually exclusive, you can have it all and do good at the same time!
