WHO IS A NUTRITIONIST or NUTRITION CONSULTANT?
A Nutritionist or Nutrition Consultant is someone who has studied about nutrition through self-study or formal education. Nutritionists often work in the food industry and in food science and technology.

A Nutrionist can also help the clients develop better eating habits, achieve their weight-loss and fitness goals and ultimately maintain healthy and fulfilling lifestyle changes.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DIETICIAN and NUTRITIONIST?
This is a great question!
A nutritionist learns about nutrition through self-study or formal education, but they do not meet the requirements to use the titles RD or RDN. Unlike Dietitians, Nutritionists primarily work with individual clients. As an expert in food and nutrition, Nutritionists advise people how to live a more healthy lifestyle and achieve health-related goals.
On the other hand, A Registered Dietitian is a title for a credentialed, licensed nutrition expert who completes a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nutrition and 1200 hours of supervised practice, in addition to passing a national board exam and acquiring continuing education credits throughout their career. RD is a more advanced and entitled title and a highly paid service.

Do I need to visit somewhere? Do you have an office/clinic?
In 21st century, the era of DIGITALISATION, No you don’t need to visit us. You can just mail us or fill the consultation form and we shall get back to you. Pay online, finalise with our Nutritionist and get started at the comfort of your own home.
As of now, we don’t have an office/clinic. We work online and virtually.
Will I have to follow a "STRICT DIET PLAN" to lose or gain weight? or Can you help me lose/gain weight without having to go on a "STRICT DIET"?
NO. NO. NO. A BIG NO.
At TNG, we make sure to completely understand our client by making them fill a questionnaire (after the final payment) so that the diet plan provided by the Nutritionist is suitable according to the lifstyle and preferences of the client. We make sure that the diet plan is enjoyable and at the same time sustainable.
Do you guarantee WEIGHT LOSS?
All bodies are different and they respond differently to different things. A diet which may suit you may not suit your friend. So, we don’t guarantee weight loss. However, we ensure that once you enrol yourself into our program, you’ll lead a happy, healthy and sustainable life.
Will you provide us with workout routines as well?
Yes, at TNG we ensure HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT of our clients. Food without exercise doesn’t give 100% results and so, our Nutritionist always ensures that the client is working out regularly. It could be anything from simple daily walking to hardcore strength training.
How often do you monitor your clients?
Once a client has enrolled herself into our program, our Nutritionist keeps a track of them on a weekly basis collaborated with daily weight-checkins from the client. You’ll be given a biweekly/monthly meal and workout plan.
